GMoney and Justin Aversano Team Up For Cryptopunk Miami Takeover

Recent podcast guests GMoney and Justin Aversano have teamed up on a new Miami exhibition titled “Pixelated”. The installation is a month-long art exhibition displayed across billboards and bush shelters. This was accomplished through Justin’s non-profit organization, Save Art Space, in partnership with digital art frame company, Blackdove.

For a city that has been working hard to become the crypto capital of the U.S., this is quite timely. 96 Cryptopunks will be displayed around the city during the month long exhibition. While it may not be the first real-world installation, it’s part of a growing trend of blending the physical and digital art world.

You may be wondering why on earth would somebody plaster Cryptopunks across an entire city. The answer to that is best answered with a question: would you prefer that or paid advertisements attempting to get you to buy something?

I think we all know the answer to that: we prefer art!

If you’re interested in the installation and want to check out the pieces around the city, visit the official SaveArtSpace announcement where all the locations are listed.
