3Lau Sells $4,052,781 Of NFTs in 5 Minutes

Following an hour long conversation on Clubhouse, electronic artist 3Lau in collaboration with visual artist Slime Sunday, completed a $4 million NFT drop this evening. The combination of live event and NFT sale is something that 3Lau in particular has been exploring for months now.

Mike Parisella, otherwise known for his highly sexual and drug infused art on Instagram, told the Clubhouse audience that he spent a few days learning TouchDesigner in order to create these pieces. That few days of effort combined with his years of building a social media following most definitely materialized in a nice little windfall this evening.

The artists launched four pieces priced at four separate price points: $333, $3,333, $6,666, and $9,999. All of them are relatively easily generated graphics but they definitely have a cool feel reminiscent of science-fiction drama show.
